Our studio will offer Stott Mat Pilates and Xtend Barre classes.

The Xtend Barre workout combines the amazing results of dance with the principles of strength and safety in Pilates.

The Stott Pilates method has exercises designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance the muscles around the joints.
The method focuses on the following five basic principles:

1. Breathing
2. Pelvic placement
3. Rib cage placement
4. Scapular movement
5. Head and cervical spine placement
